This research aims to address the common problems faced by vehicle owners such as lack of knowledge on vehicle maintenance, difficulty in finding spare parts, challenges in choosing the right insurance policy, and absence of a proper platform to compare insurance policies. The objective of the research is to provide solutions for these day-to-day problems, making it easier for vehicle owners to manage their vehicles during normal and emergency situations.

This research aims to address the challenges of vehicle breakdowns and the associated difficulties faced by owners. Current technology falls short in providing adequate solutions, resulting in owners' vulnerability to exploitation and unnecessary expenses. To overcome these issues, the research proposes developing a comprehensive system that offers accurate information, guides owners in resolving breakdowns, and incorporates a chatbot for improved communication, empowering owners and enhancing their experience in managing breakdowns.

The research aims to develop solutions that provide comprehensive and personalized maintenance guidance for a wide range of vehicle models, addressing these issues and improving accuracy and usability for vehicle owners.

Increase user awareness and education about vehicle maintenance by providing relevant and personalized information.

The aim of the research is to develop solutions to address these common and recurring problems, emphasizing the need for accessible information, reliable insurance providers, and efficient communication channels for vehicle owners.
Objectives
The main objective of the Vehicle Insurance Management System Project is to efficiently manage customer, insurance, vehicle, vehicle type, and vehicle maker details. The project aims to minimize manual effort by creating an application program that facilitates the management of customer insurance policies, vehicle information, and customer ID types. Additionally, the system aims to assist new agents in making informed decisions when selecting the most suitable auto insurance policy based on input and recommendations from existing clients.
