This proposal is about "Child Intelligent Assessment Tool" That we are going to develop as our final year project. as per research for gaining more knowledge we did some survey through internet and found that there is lack of concentration and ability to remember in children from their early ages there are some implemented systems but there aren’t any proper tools / application to identify memory strength,For the tests we are using non- verbal intelligence tests which are used to assess students who have language processing problems or those with limited language proficiency. All tests are monitored using an application. This application requires very less amount of resources and this application can be easily used by the users who does not have a great technical knowledge.it will be user friendly. Among these tests there will be a arithmetic test which will be test the mathematical knowledge of a child and a number cancellation test which will indicate the concentration a child. This application will be a huge aid for the doctors to check up on children who have disabilities and reduce consultant time hence increase reliability of tests.

Also, the documents should be available for easy reuse. sometime the reports or file can be lost or damaged this can be vital in a case of a child.

Given page with complete with numbers where the child must select a given number more than once form the specific page it’s a stranded method done by using the learning assessment book. which used to identify the concentration level of the child.This tool will save The number calculation test page.If he is using paper and pencil the image will be obtained using camera function. it will identify how many times the child has select the given number and how many times it occurs and save it to the database.
*Methodology*
**What is MobileNet**
MobileNet is a CNN architecture model for Image Classification and Mobile Vision.There are other models as well but what makes MobileNet special that it very less apply transfer learning to. This makes it a perfect fit for Mobile devices.Embedded systems and computers without GPU or low computational efficiency with
compromising significantly with the accuracy of the results. It is also best suited for web browsers as browsers have limitation over computation, graphic processing and storage.MobileNet Architecture MobileNets for mobile and embedded vision applications is proposed, which are based on a streamlined architecture that uses depth wise separable convolutions to build light weight deep neural networks. Two simple global hyperparameters that efficiently trade-off between latency and accuracy are introduced.

the previous data required for the test is provided by the lady Ridgway hospital. Currently, we have requested six months of data and its sample size is 120 patient records. The main data taken here is their register no, age, test results. After collecting these data and preparing the data correctly and evaluate algorithms for it. Finally, improve the result and present it.
This research is mainly focused on the Number Cancelation Test, between Normal child and child that suffering from mental disorders like Autism, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD) it will identify the intelligence level and the concentration level of the child in number cancellation child can select the application or he can do the test in a paper if select through the paper if he is using paper and pencil the image will be obtained using camera function and save to the database system can identifies the number of occurrence of the same number and how many have been selected by the child. This test given in 3 attempts and upload them to the system and analyzed, this will be analyzed Number vise, Gender and Age vise respectively. finally generate a report and given to the doctors.
