The widespread use of online recruitment services has led to an information explosion in the job market. As a result, recruiters have to seek intelligent ways for Person-Job Fit, which is the bridge for adapting the right candidates to the right positions [4]. Measuring the matching degree between talent qualification and job requirements, mainly based on the manual inspection of human resource experts, which could be easily misguided by the subjective, incomplete, and inefficient nature of human judgment.
And It is highly common for many job positions to rely heavily on applicants’ personality traits, especially in positions that interact with customers, while social skills are important for managing teams [3]. Now a day Several e-recruitment systems exists [1], but they are not efficient and takes a lot of time and cost to find correct CV or position and the employers need to go to another company to find the personality characteristics of candidates. There are some companies like Peopletrail, but they only provide background screening services.
