Main research question - The COVID-19 pandemic caused the schools and private tutoring closure, forcing the classroom physical education to be online. Hence, online tuition classes became famous during this pandemic period. Most of the private tutoring classes use Zoom as their online platform to conduct classes, but there are some limitations of what they can do in the application. There are some specific requirements coming with private tutoring such as handing fees, sending notifications and materials to students. At present, private tutoring teachers use a combination of two applications WhatsApp and zoom to conduct classes. They use WhatsApp for communication and materials sharing while zoom for video conferencing. This makes the situation more complex to work in two separate applications at the same time. Due to this matter, the expenditure of private tutoring teachers also increasing rapidly to maintain multiple applications and considerable amount of support staff. By considering current situation, our research team did a background survey of private tutoring teachers and students and identified some main problems, which are being facing by teachers and students when conduct private tutoring classes.
Individual research question - Inability to get the student attention properly is the saddest part in online education. As there’s no real time feedback from the tutor, students pay less attention and get distracted.
